Lotsa Style DTF DTG Premium Printhead Cleaning Kit, Strong Solution Cleaner for Inkjet Printers is formulated for effectively cleaning DTF and DTG printer printheads. Unlike regular inks, DTF and DTG inks tend to cause clogs more frequently when they dry out, especially when white ink crystallizes.

This kit comes with 3.7 oz (110 ml) of cleaning solution, 10 ml syringe with drip tip and silicone tube, seal opener, a pair of disposable gloves and full instructions.



A. Cleaning the damper

Slowly use the syringe to flush the damper with 3 to 5 ml of the solution. Wait for 15 to 20 min before removing the solution from the damper.
 

B. Cleaning the cap station

Attach the drip tip to the syringe and drip some solution onto the cap station. Soak it for about 10 seconds. Then, use a swap or a napkin to clean and wipe the cap station.

 
C. Cleaning the printhead

Remove the printhead from the printer. Use the soft tube provided and attach it to the syringe. Firmly and securely place the tube onto the printhead. Slowly use the syringe to flush the printhead with 2 to 3 ml of the solution. Please do not force it. If you feel any resistance, stop immediately, as this may require a more thorough cleaning. Wait for 15 to 20 min. Remove the solution and repeat one more time. Use a swap to clean the nozzle.
